Wow!
10 years!
We are so proud to have made it this far, and couldn’t have done it without the support of the wonderful Burlington Community!
In the past 10 years, we have organized countless events (in person and virtual) in order to offer support to local families. Since April of 2011, $180,000 has been raised and distributed to 190 local families! $50,000 was raised JUST THIS YEAR and distributed to 122 families for COVID Relief!
To celebrate with us, we have a few options:

To register for this event, please pay $40 via Venmo (@Burlington-Womenade) or credit card/PayPal (yellow donate button on www.burlingtonMAwomenade.org). You will need to shop for your ingredients the week of the event. 50% of your donation will go to the Hall family of Wilmington.
Suzanne Hall of Wilmington lives with her father and 2 children. After being laid off from her job in 2016 she became the full time caretaker for her mother who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. She and her mother struggled with various health issues over the next 4 years. Everyone in the household contracted COVID in April of 2020 and her mother passed away within a week. She and her daughter continue to have residual health concerns related to COVID many months later. They could use our support during this difficult time.
Thank you for joining us for our first virtual fundraiser of 2021!

The Lambert’s are a family of 4 from Wilmington. In 2018, Rowan was born with Bicoronal Craniosynostosis, a rare genetic defect that causes premature closure of the bicoronal sutures in the skull. She was also diagnosed with Crouzon Syndrome, which causes early fusion of skull bones and prevents the skull from growing normally and affects the shape of the head and face.
At 9 months old, Rowan had a bilateral craniectomy followed by helmet therapy. Than, at 14 months old, she needed a tracheostomy. Since Rowan is no longer able to attend daycare and requires nursing care at home, her mother has had to take an unpaid leave of absence from work.
Rowan will continue to need surgeries and medical care as she grows, adding financial stress to the Lambert family. 50% of all proceeds of this event will go directly to the Lambert Family.
